Ramirez formerly served as Vice President of Western Regional New Business Development. In his new role, Ramirez is responsible for leading development of new business, acquiring new clients and growing revenue among existing World Marketing clients. He has over 20 years of experience in the document management services business. He started his career with the Xerox Corporation where he held a variety of sales and operational management positions. He was responsible for leading both local and national teams during his tenure with Xerox. According to Mac Rodgers, “I am thrilled to have Phillip at the helm of our sales organization. Throughout his career, he has partnered with national clients to develop end-to-end solutions that encompass measurable results for direct mailing and fulfillment programs, always meeting and exceeding their expectations and his company’s expectations.” Prior to joining World Marketing, he spent 5 years with Pitney Bowes Management Services as Vice President of Sales for the West. At PBMS he led a region that successfully delivered document management and mail stream solutions to Fortune 100 organizations.
